Terroir Maury: Located in the south between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees.

Vinification: Selection of plots, old vines. Hand harvesting. Total removal of stems.

The small family winery Chateau Vespeille les Pins is located in a particularly dry area of the eastern
Pyrenees and its vineyards extend over 11 hectares in the surrounding area.

Variety: 100% Muscat petit grain
VinificationA: We harvest by hand in the morning when the grapes reach a potential alcoholic content of 13 degrees, in order to preserve the freshness of the berries. The grapes are sent to a horizontal press where they are gently pressed to obtain a clear juice and avoid excessive tannins. Once the juice has been extracted from the press, vinification continues in the tank to develop the aromas and start fermentation at a temperature of approximately 13 degrees.

Appeal: A.O.C. cote du Rousillons
Vintage: 2022
Variety: 60% Grenache noir, 40% Syrah
Terroir: Vineyard in close proximity to the winery on clay and lime soils in the village of Salses le Chateau,
with exposure to the east or south.
Vinification: Hand harvested in the morning when the grapes reach a potential alcoholic strength of 14.5
degrees in order to preserve the freshness of the berries. The grapes are cut and sent directly to the
maceration vessels for 6 days to extract the aromas and develop a fruity profile. After
During this time everything is gently pressed, the juice is squeezed out and the silky tannins are extracted.
This wine is best enjoyed at a temperature between 15 and 18 degrees, and ideally combined with sausage-
me, meat, but maybe also a plate of quality cheese.
